Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden: Grand Opening

The Grand Opening of Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden kicked off on Jan.22, 2013 from 5-7pm as Lasco Enterprises joined in to celebrated this historic icon born again at the Pearl. This rustic venue was alive with their guests enjoying a night of free appetizers including Quail Poppers, White Bean with Roasted Kale and aged Balsamic on bread and spicy Wild Boar Polpettes. Each table had some Boiler House nibbles including Chile Lime Kettle Corn and Spicy House Pickled Veggies. They were the perfect treat as you sat and enjoyed the live music and wine.  The food is Texas ranch-style inspired by Chef James Moore who is a native of San Antonio and creates award-winning food you must try!

Boiler House honored the San Antonio River Foundation and the exciting future of Confluence Park. The cutting edge design team behing this amazing project mingled with guests and graced the stage to announce all the wonderful things their foundation is getting ready to launch. Their gift will help the park fulfill its mission and bring life to a community project that San Antonio can enjoy. This night was about celebrating the the newly renovated Boiler House in the historic Pearl Brewery and honoring the San Antonio River Foundation who is helping San Antonio fulfill its dreams. It was a fun night of mixing, mingling, trying the amazing “Texas Hill Country Grilling” and enjoying the perfect wine pairings of exceptional selections from around the world. VIP guests such as James Avery graced the Grand Opening to kick off a great addition to the Pearl!
